SPEED CAMP
Speed Camp is a supplemental training option designed to enhance - not replace, our traditional training camps.
This program focuses specifically on acceleration, lateral quickness, and agility drills while reinforcing movement quality & running mechanics. Speed Camp is ideal for athletes who want targeted speed & agility development alongside their primary training program.
Speed Camp is offered in 2 Week training blocks to complement our traditional training camps.
Age:
Best for athletes ages 7-18 years old.
Dates:
Offered seasonally throughout the yearly training cycle (see camp calendar).
Training Times:
Training times vary based on training cycle (school year, summer training, etc).
When Can My Athlete Train?
Training Sessions occur during normal training times depending upon the time of year (school year, summer training, winter break, etc).

Linear sprinting technique
Explosive power & force application
Change-of-direction efficiency (age appropriate)
