INTRO SESSION
The Intro Session is where the athlete’s training begins. The Intro Session evaluates movement, sets expectations, and equips our certified strength & conditioning staff with the insight necessary to place your athlete into the proper program for long term success.
WhAT CAN PARENTS EXPECT FROM THIS?
The Intro Session is a one-time, 60 minute evaluation with a one time fee. At the end of the session, parents will meet with our certified strength & conditioning staff to review program expectations and discuss group placement.
What SHOULD I bring for the intro session?
Please have your athlete attend the Intro Session in proper training attire, training shoes, and bring a filled water bottle.
Group Placement
Athlete group placement is based on several factors including biological age, current training level, physical attributes, and the athlete’s ability to follow instruction.

New athletes begin with a one-time Introduction Session to assess movement efficiency, ability to handle instruction, and learn our warm up routine. After the intro, you can begin registering your athlete for our training camps.

Yes, all new athletes are required to complete the one-time Intro Session before joining any training group. This ensures safety, proper group placement, and sets a high standard of coaching across all programs.

Athlete movement evaluation
Introduced to our training environment& expectations
Basic strength & movement instruction
Coaching feedback & group placement.
This sessions allows the athlete & family to experience our coaching style firsthand.

the Intro Session has a one-time fee and is a one-time session. The one-time fee is $85 + card processing fees.

Completion of the Intro Session does not automatically guarantee a spot in a training group.
Evaluation of the athlete during the intro session, ability to take instruction, intent during the intro session, and current program status will determine group placement.

After the intro session, our coaching staff will determine group placement for your athlete. Families will then be able to register for current or upcoming training camps.
