Athlete PERFORMANCE camp
The Athlete Performance Camp is designed for athletes who are ready to progress beyond foundational development and train in a more demanding, performance-based environment.
Athletes train in organized groups under the guidance of certified strength & conditioning coaches and are evaluated through our standardized testing procedure. Athletes perform pre & post testing to track measurable improvements.
Athletes in this camp begin to become evaluate by receiving a Performance Index Score. Contact our staff to learn about the Performance Index.
Age:
Best for athletes aged 13 - 18 years old.
Dates:
Offered in structured training camps throughout the year (see camp calendar).
Training Times:
Training times vary based on training cycle (school year, summer training, etc).
When Can My Athlete Train?
Training Sessions are
Monday through Thursday at 5:30PM - 7PM & 7PM - 8:30PM
Monday & Wednesday at 5:45AM - 7AM
Saturday 9:30AM to 11:00AM.
What Do They Train Each Day?
Monday & wednesday
Strength + Agility Training
TUESDAY, THURSDAY, & Saturday
Explosive + Linear Speed Training
Program structure
Athletes alternate between strength/agility focused days & explosive/linear-speed focused days to promote long term athletic development & reduce risk of injury.

New athletes begin with a one-time Introduction Session to assess movement efficiency, ability to handle instruction, and learn our warm up routine. After the intro, you can begin registering your athlete for our training camps.

Our Athlete Performance program is designed for athletes ages 13-18. Athletes are placed into the proper training program depending on analysis from the athlete’s introduction session.

Training is offered in structured training camps with different frequency options. Pricing depends on how many days per week an athlete trains and is outlined clearly during registration.
