WHAT PARENTS SHOULD EXPECT
Each athlete trains within a structured program that is designed to improve strength, acceleration, lateral quickness, explosive power, and most importantly decrease risk of injury.
Our Athlete Performance Program follows a camp-style format involving standardized testing, progressive programming, and experienced coaching.
How Testing Works Within Our Camps:
Pre-Test —> Structured Training —> Post-Test —> Next Phase of Training
SCHEDULE & CAMP STRUCTURE
The Athlete Performance Program is offered as structured training camps throughout the year. Sessions are 90 minutes in duration & specific days of the week have a certain training emphasis.

Yes! Training volume and intensity is managed around practices & games so athletes can continue developing while accounting for their schedule & workload.

Yes! Many athletes continue training while participating in a school weights program.
Communication between our coaches and the athlete is the #1 priority. This will allow our coaches to make any necessary adjustments to an athlete’s training needs when deemed necessary.

All new, incoming athletes begin with the one-time Intro Session. This allows our coaches to set a baseline for the athlete, introduce the program, and set expectations for training in our structured camps.
