Foundational strength & proper lifting technique
Introduction to sprinting & running mechanics
Learning jumping & landing mechanics
Introduction to training involving agility, footwork, and lateral quickness.
WHAT PARENTS SHOULD EXPECT
Each session is part of a progressive training program. Athletes become proficient in movements before progressing to build a solid foundation of training, improve performance, and decrease risk of injury
Our Athlete Development Program trains in a camp-style format involving standardized performance testing, progressive programming, and experienced coaching.
How Testing Works Within Our Camps:
Pre-Test —> Structured Training —> Post-Test —> Next Phase of Training
SCHEDULE & CAMP STRUCTURE
The Athlete Development Program is offered during our structured training camps throughout the year. Sessions are 60 minutes in duration. Families can select a consistent weekly training frequency based on the athlete’s schedule & current stage of development.

No. Athletes are coached according to their current abilities & experience. Beginners learn the fundamentals, while more experienced athletes continue progressing through appropriate exercise variations.

Athletes choose training frequency based on their goals, current sport schedule, and availability. We can help families determine the most appropriate training frequency.

Yes! Most athletes continue training while participating in the sport season. Training intensity & frequency is managed to support continued development while accounting for practices, games, and overall workload.

Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing & training shoes. Loose, unsupported shoes or cleats are not permitted. Please make sure to bring a filled water bottle!

All new athletes begin with the one-time Intro Session. This allows our staff to meet the athlete, introduce them to our training environment, cover program expectations, and determine the right program & training frequency.
