Recovery at Coach Greyson HQ is designed to support training & improve long term health. These services are integrated tools used to help manage fatigue, reduce inflammation, and increase longevity.
What We Offer
HEAT THERAPY
Our Finnish Sauna provides heat therapy to increase blood flow, relax muscle tissue, and reduce inflammation. Used strategically with training - it can support recovery between sport activities & training sessions.
COLD THERAPY
Cold Therapy is used to manage soreness, reduce inflammation, and provide mental clarity. Our cold plunge gets down to 37 degrees, allowing for optimal temperatures to assist in recovery methods.
PNEUMATIC COMPRESSION THERAPY
Pneumatic Compression Therapy used controlled, sequential air pressure to enhance circulation & fluid movement in the legs, hips, and arms. We have partnered with Rapid Reboot to provide a recovery tool that can aid in flushing metabolic waste, reduce swelling, and decrease muscle soreness.
RED LIGHT THERAPY
Red Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support cellular function & tissue recovery. It is commonly used to aid in reduce muscle soreness, reducing inflammation, and support overall health.
