STRENGTH & CONDITIONING INTERNSHIP

Our Strength & Conditioning Internship Program is a hands-on, immersive experience that is designed to develop well-rounded performance coaches. Interns gain real-world experience training multiple-populations with youth athletes, college athletes, high-school programs, and adults.

Interns are actively involved with:

  • Coaching athletes across multiple age groups & training levels.

  • Assisting adult fitness camp sessions.

  • Learning standardized testing protocols.

  • Understanding athletic development principles & long term progressions.

  • Applying recovery methods & services.

  • Observing & assisting with program design & session flow.

  • Learning the business side of a private strength & conditioning facility.

This internship emphasizes standards, structure, and accountability. Our internship program is for those seeking a career in the college, professional, or private sector of strength & conditioning.

Internships run throughout each semester (Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer) & interns are required to complete at least 15 hours each week throughout the duration of the internship.

Monetary compensation may be achieved depending upon an intern’s performance, responsibility, and ability to complete task throughout the duration of the internship.
